Debra E. Sweeney is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health care. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Ohio University with honors in 2019 and her Master of Science degree in Nursing with honors in 2025, specializing as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. With over eight years of diverse clinical experience, including Medical-Surgical/Telemetry, Acute Psychiatric, Forensic Psychiatric, Geriatric Psychiatric, and Correctional Health Nursing, Debra is committed to delivering holistic, culturally competent care that respects each individual's unique background and values. She views mental health treatment as a collaborative partnership, emphasizing the patient's voice and choice to foster trust and empowerment.
